I have Toshiba and was working on school work earlier today with no problem. Connected to the same wireless I always connect to at home. Shut down after I finished my work and then turned the computer back on to do some general surfing and it will not connect to the internet and no explanation as to why.

We tried connecting using a BB and it gives and Error 692.

Please help!!!!
