I have problem with wireless connection.

So far I already swtich on and off the wireless tab on the side of the laptop; I already phoned our service provider to make sure that the router is working.

Im new to this. I searched some troubleshooting advise like, control panel...adm tools...services....WZC but cant find this at the end of the list? What will I do?

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.
