i need to connect my xbox 360 to my wireless network but i need some kind of bridge because i don't want to pay 100$ for Microsoft's wireless antenna so i looked around and found that i could use a bridge because it converters the wireless signal into a wired connection which can be plugged into the xbox with an enternet cable (correct me if I'm wrong as all that i learned from a little Internet research)

anyway my question is is this a good choose or is this even what i need or does anyone have a good suggestion

OK so i got it in today and setting it up seems to be harder then i thought i have it connected to my laptop to configure it. it has 4 modes to choose from access point, bridge, client, repeater when i choose bridge it ask to set up WDS and ask for a mac address i tryed putting the one i found on my routers config page but still no luck i need it to take my wireless signal thats WEP encrypted and turn it in to a "live internet wire" i cant figure it out and the manual doesn't help much

heres the product page where you can find the manual

Re: [SOLVED] wireless bridge question

Glad we could help.

Truthfully, I didn't know it was in two places either, I was just reading the manual. It's much harder without having the equipment in front of you to tinker with.
