Well there is no exact cabling guide to do such a thing and it would take to long to explain it. You should just contact your local PC Store, and have them put it in

Okay, well what are you having a trouble with connecting, you just can't put in any of the wires? If you can do it I am sure that you will be able to put in the cables even if they are not color coded. Just look for the place on the Mobo and connect it as obviously the 4 Pronged 12 V Rail wire would go into the 12 V socket for the CPU.

for the front case button connections you can use a multi meter on the ohmn setting to check what wire goes to what pin
if they don't match up the easiest way is to cut them in the middle and splice the wire to the required pins
if the connector they use does not fit the new m/b you will have to cut the connector off and get some indervidual plugs and put on
as long as it's a p4 the power supply will not be a problem, before the p4 dell used a propritary p/s
