i was considering buying a refurbished Asus Essentio CS5111-AP007 computer that would normally come with a wireless keyboard and mouse but doesnt..it also appears not to have any keyboard and mouse ports so would i need wireless ones or would usb ones work?

I have used USB ones before and they work as good as the other type. it just takes up more usb ports.
