I'm not sure where to ask this question. I am using winzip 27 together with a mapped network drive of my android internal storage. I want to use exclude filters but whichever format I use, it always gives me an error

For example, let's say I have a path like this:

Z:\sdcard\DCIM\Camera

I want to exclude everything except the sdcard folder. I am at wit's end on how to freaking do this. I've contacted their support team but I never get a good response they always refer me to basic corel articles. I've asked them what their paramters are for include/exclude. They don't know and even worse I get a email from them at odd hours in the night around 4 am or 5 am. I've tried eveything! Can anyone help please.

WinZip support is probably in an Asian country so it's not 5AM there when they Email you.

What are your trying to do exactly, what is the end result? Do you want to Zip a particular folder on your Phone and then save it somewhere else? If you want to Zip the Camera folder in the path, it will exclude everything else and it will just Zip that folder. Is this helpful? If not, please explain yourself more.

Yes thats one example as a test run to see if its possible. What Im actually wanting to do is to get the Z:/sdcard/ folder and store its timestamp. I can already get the contents of the sdcard folder thats not a problem but its just the sdcard folder itself.

So winzip command line displays that a file is being used somewhere else. I literally have no other places where any of these files are open. All apps on my android are closed, Alll windows except this command line is open. What is going on ? I dont want any interruptions when zipping from a folder in a mapped network drive

It is showing you the exact path of the file, it is on your SD card. Is the picture opened on your phone? Restart your phone and try again.
