When I delete or mark for junk mail, they disappear but when refreshed they are all back in inbox. I have even emptied each but they still reappear in the inbox. What is causing this and how do I fix it? Thanks.

I assume you are talking about Outlook or Outlook Express?

Sorry, yes it is hotmail thru Outlook.
