WinTv PVR 150 issue
Basically I have installed my WinTV-PVR 150, I didn't get the MCE version, since the place I was shopping didnt have it, and it says its compatable anyway. So if that makes a huge difference let me know, and I'll just wait for the place that has it to get one in for me.
I installed the card in the slot, powered on my pc, and went thru the usual installs. Then ran the setup from the disk, which installed I believe 3 different things. Then turned on my MCE and went into my tv, but I only get a black screen. I went into settings, and reset up my tv signal, but there is no change.
Can anyone give me a suggestion as to where I may be able to find my answer, or maybe even how to fix this?
Thank you ahead of time. I am using an ATI Radeon X1300 AGP graphics card as well. And a SoundBlaster card. I originally had an ATI All-in-wonder 9000 low profile card, and am in this mess thru trying to upgrade to a higher output graphics card.

Also, some other specs, incase you need them.
P-Supply:I undated the power supply to an antec 380 watt, with 17amps on the +12V rails.
The motherboard, is the standard for a dell 4600 I am assuming, sorry I can't offer more imput there, if necessary, I can do some searching.
I beleive I have only 524megs of sd ram. Thats on my upgrade list.
