Windows Xp will not shut down after upgrading Roxio Direct CD to 3.05. The system simply re-boots when directed to shut down. I have verified that XP user settings are correct (administrator). I have been searching online for a patch, but found none. Please advise.

If the patches from Roxio don't work, I'd suggest just getting rid of DirectCD, you'll still be able to burn CDs, you just won't be able to "drag and drop" which is a small sacrifice if it makes your machine behave
