I recently removed my heatsink and case fan (no CPU fan, thanks to Dell) to clean it, and upon replacing it on the CPU, Windows will no longer properly boot. It automatically brings me to the Safe Mode option menu, and upon attempting to boot in safe mode, it freezes while loading the AGP driver (this may have something to do with it). Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated.

What did you use to clean it?
