Hi!
GUYS

GOOD DAY!

I'm a newB.............

I'm glad to be among all of you.

I have a ECS motherboard, Model:848P-A

848P-A Ver 2.2h 12/24/2004

CPU Intel P4 3G

RAM: 2Gs

I have a SATA Hard drive instal

I'm trying to instal Windows Vista, installation failed.

Would someone, please, help me in this matter?

Glad to have you aboard

did you install your sata driver during the installation.
This is usually done were you select a drive to install vista on

need more information as to the failure. Any error messages? at what point during the install does it fail? Is it an oem version of vista thats never been installed on another computer or full retail version

Thanks for reply,

Here's: Errors
Windows failed to start, a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1) Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer
2) Choose your language settings and then click Next
3) Click "Repair your computer"
If you do not this disc, contact your system administrator or your computer manufactrer for assistance.
File:NETIO.SYS
Status:0XC0000098

Info:Windows failed to load because a required file is missing or corrupt.
