I just started a new job and part of my job is to go around and run and install all uninstalled windows updates on machines. Some of them have not been updated in over a year. I want to be able to download the last year or so worth of windows xp updates and store them on my thumb drive. When I get to a windows xp machine move them all in to the folder windows uses for update so that they dont have to be redownload and just run the ones it needs. Is this possible and how. Main reason for this is that it took me over an hour and half yesterday just to download 66 updates then another 1 and half to install them all. If I could just have them predownloaded that would save quite a bit of time. The company is small so they don't have an updates server yet (future expansion planned). Is this possible and if so how do I go about doing this? Thank you in advance.
