Spiceworks troubleshooting forums got me this far and like they said it looks ugly. Is there any way to fix this via Group Policy? *crosses fingers*

Did anyone figure out if declining the update in WSUS worked?

Do not hijack a Solved thread, unless to comment that it worked for you. I have moved you to your own thread.
What version of Windows are you running? You posted in the XP Forum, but your profile says Windows 7?
What part is ugly? This shouldn't be an issue with Windows 7. You can choose to not download the update in Windows Update and put a check in Do Not Remind Me of this Update.
