i recently had the problem of ntldr missing press ctrl+alt+delete to restart
i reinstalled windows problem solved
but all the old information on the computer it wont load
when i bought the computer it came with nortan and no installation disk for the nortan, the information is there but says error reinstall and im unable to do so same with my old profiles i was told to make new accounts now my old accounts are there but i am unable to log into them

i think i may have installed the wrong windows xp as i have 4 computers with it the problem and i think i installed a Fujitsu Siemens into a pacardbell if thats spelled right how can i recover the accounts and my nortan

windows was installed onto C: but the documents and settings are on H: and yes i didnt format the drive when installing windows the drive was named D: before i think and now its H: is there anyway i can set them as primary

The new Windows installation is located on the D: partition?
The old Windows installation is located on the C: partition?
The old Documents and settings folder is located on the H: partition?

Correct?

If your question is - can I make them all primary? - the answer is no.

I think you should backup all the data you want to keep on the H drive.

Then format the C and D drives and reinstall XP on the C drive.

nortan on C:
but with installing on C: again it made me make new accounts
