When I start my computer with one of my media card readers/writers I get an Windows - No Disk Error. I also get this error when I plug them into the USB slot. I can, however, click through the errors and use the devices. The devices are an Microsystems Dazzle DM-22100 Smartmedia Reader/Writer and an FujiFilm FinePix DPC-R1 SmartMedia/XP Picture Card Reader.

Check the BIOS to make sure it's not trying to boot from USB/external devices. The usual setup order is floppy->CD/DVD->HDD
