I have been getting these pop ups like this and similar "Message from local computer user on CRITICAL ERROR MESSAGE!- REGISTRY DAMAGED AND CORRUPTED
To fix this problem open internet explorer and type www.registycleanerxp.com
once you load the program, close the message
after you install the cleaner program you will not receive any more reminder pop-ups like this. Visit www.registrycleanerxp.com IMMEDIATLEY"
Well thats about it. I was woundering if i should do all that. but the program you'll probably have to pay for it. If anyone knows with past exp on this issue. Please post suggestions. Thanks.

how do i block all of the pop ups for it to not appear.
Click peterdiva's link, do the prep, and then work with the HJT team. You have a problem that will require their specialized help. This is not a problem that you can make go away by running a few AV/Anti-spyware scans.
Look over the First Steps at Removing Malware , then post a HJT log in the HiJackThisLog Help Forum

I have no idea how to get rid of this annoying popup- but i do know its a fake.
i have checked my registry with system machanic and all is well. DO NOT go to the site and download, you will only be downloading spy ware.
I'm going to try a deep virus scan and see if that helps - let me know if you've fixed the problem
