Windows Media Encoder Problems

My apologies if there is a forum for this topic already. But i keep looking and i have not found such a forum yet.

Anyways, ive been using "Windows Media Encoder" to OBVIOUSLY encode video's for quite awhile. But now for some odd reason, it gets a error report everytime i use it. Here is some information.

First step, i open WME.
Second Step, i open CONVERT FILE
Third step, i open browse and put the video file in the "source file" space.
Fourth step, there is none. because i get an error report once i put in the video.

I also tried using the Repair tool. Still didn't help at all. I tried redownloading it. Still did not work.

Some help would really be appreciated.
