Method 1:

1. Click on start button.
2. Type Windows media center in the search box and press enter.

Method 2:

1. Click on start button.
2. Open Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
3. Click "Turn Windows features on or off" in the left pane.
4. Expand "Media Features", place a check mark for "Windows Media Center". Click "Yes" to continue, and click OK to quit. Then Restart.
