Having all around problems with our comp. lately, but if I could get help with this, I would be grateful! When I try to shut down the machine it locks uo on the blue screen that says " windows is shutting down." So I have to manually turn it off every time, because it seems to lock up no matter what I am doing eventually. Thanks for any advice.

Have you installed XP Service Pack 2 ?
