Hi everyone, i have new computer and here is my problem.
Since i bought the new computer for maybe 2 months, i can run games like dota 2 and csgo smoothly, but now when i play games, computer will freeze after maybe 10-30 min.
When i see on event viewer, the system told me that i have Critical Error 41.
I tried searching for this error, and i noticed that maybe this is my psu problem.
I bought a new PSU, from Corsair CX500 to Seasonic X650. (Wasting my 140$, approx.)
And now i still got the error, so frustating.
Try reinstalling windows and still got the error.

My specification :
ASrock H87M
Intel i5 4440
Seasonic X650
HIS R9 270 iPower IceQ X² Turbo Boost Clock 2GB GDDR5
8GB RAM
Windows 8

And there is error just like this in the event viewer,
The Service KMSELDI service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

Welcome to TSF,

Kernel Power Event 41 means the system wasn't shutdown properly due to power-loss, Hard Hang, or you held down the power button for 4 seconds to turn the system off.

As you have a PowerButtonTimestamp of 0 and you said the PC became unresponsive it was a hard hang.
First, if you have done any Overclocking i'd suggest bringing everything back to stock.
Second grab a copy of Memtest86+, you can either download and burn the ISO version to a CD or the new USB boot.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
This program will test you RAM for errors, run at least 4 passes.

I'd monitor your PC temperatures with the program Speccy which can be found in my sig. If you have a second monitor its easier as you can see the temps while playing, when minimizing a game to view temps when you dont have a second monitor is tricky as the PC load drops and so will the temps.
Post back your idle temps as well as full-load temps.

Could you also take a look at this thread. http://www.techsupportforum.com/for...ions-windows-10-8-1-8-7-and-vista-452654.html

The Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App will collect any dump files that have been generated when your system crashed and will aid in the diagnosis of your problem, attach the zip file it generates to the next post.

For Speccy temps,
Full Load :
CPU : 50 C
Motherboard : 37 C
Graphic Card : 56 C
Storage : 34 C

Idle:
CPU : 40 C
Motherboard : 37 C
Graphic Card : 42 C
Storage : 34 C

And for the perfmon things, i got this error

Error:

An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

The operator or administrator has refused the request.

I followed "how to perfmon", and i can see it on my perfmon.exe but i cant save it to html.

The Service KMSELDI service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).
KMS(Key Management Software) tells us there is cracked software involved here somewhere, Windows or MS office either could be playing a part in the freezes.

ATI cards/drivers have also been showing up a lot of late in lock up issues if you can remove the ATI card and try some light gaming using the Intel integrated video to see if the system locks up or not.
