i ran a diagnostics on my hardrive and it said it was running fine. I don't know what the problem is now? Could it be a driver for something since it started hapenning after a format. I have updated all drivers i can remember . plz remind me of some drivers that i might not have installed

If you are suspecting the drivers you will need to go to your device manager and look for yellow question marks. ( right click on my computer - properties -hardware - device manager )
