windows installer package problem
i seem to be having a problem with the windows installer. i tried installing fedex kinkos remote printing and it said there was an installer error. i also got an installer error trying to install Skype for outlook.
I tried updating the isntaller, and that seemed to take ok, but still having same problems with installer package.
i have 2 gigs of ram, so i told it to move the kernel into ram. don't know if that's relevent.
is there a way to totally remove the installer package software and start new?
