Hi..!!!

I am receiving this message ever since I have downloaded the IE 7. After I have downloaded the IE 7 it asked me to restart.. when I restarted it.... I am getting the message I am not able to see my desktop where as I get the message Windows explorer has encountered a problem and need to be closed... also the screen turns blue....


I have checked a lot of threads and most of them give a solution that starts from Start-->. In my case I am not able to see anything on my screen please help !!!!

Hey,

Hope this works for you...

If it works, press Ctrl+Alt+Del and goto task manager.

Under the applications tab, press "new task..."

then in the box enter...

C:\Windows\Explorer.exe

If it works for you then your start menu should hopefully come back. This won't solve your problem entirely though. But this should at least regain you access to the start menu in order to help solve your problem.
