While installing some software for my computer...I found that I can no longer even get into windows. I get to the point where the backround shows up and then is goes no farther. When I press ALT+CTRL+DELETE, it says that MSGSRV32 has stopped responding. Whether I end the program or not, I never get into my computer! :upset: Can someone PLEASE help me?!?

Welcome to the forums Minimarsh.

Have a look here........................
Boot into safe mode... Search for *.pwl and delete all found. Run sysedit, and in the system.ini, scroll down to the password list, and delete all users in the list. There may be only the "Default.pwl" there, but go ahead and delete all found. Save the system.ini, and reboot, you should be back in business. Don't look at me weird, I've seen this work several times with my own eyes.

As i know the best way of microsfot windows to work perfectlly its to be in safe mode .

Turn on your computer and keep pressed down SHIFT key and you'll enter in ur windows in safe mode , than press on Start chose run and type there this command -> msconfig
then close from startup all '****s' and restaurate your sistem.ini files.

Well 100% will work :) later

I did this, and my computer still isn't working. Is there anything else I can do? I finally got into the computer on Safe Mode but I need my regular mode to do anything. The program Msgsrv32 is still stalling and I still can't get past it. :crying:

Well, I tried this and once again, had no luck. The MSGSRV32 program is still not responding.
