Does any one out therre know how to acquire the software driver necessary to use an Epson C64 printer with a Compq computer with Windows 95 operating system?

I looked at the Epson page for drivers and none of their listed drivers work with windows 95. Epson tech support said on the phone that they didn't have anything for C64 and windows 95. Also looked at Epson Uk (Library). They have driver version 63.c that is supposed to work, but we are having difficulty getting it to download into my compaq. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
