I just bought a SX Series Gateway PC and I had it for about two months, and Im getting a lot of blue screens that says that the PC ran into a problem and it restarts the computer, I don't know what is going wrong with it or what to do about it. Should I go to the store and get a replacement one or is there anything I can do to fix it, it does this mostly when I have a couple of programs opened at once.

If it is only a couple of months old, Yes, I would take it back or at least call the company you bought it from for support. It should have at least a 1 year warranty

You are posting in the XP forum, but your profile and thread subject say Windows 8? As Tomshawk has said, if you just got it and it is under warranty, then take it back. Be sure to back up any personal files to an external HDD first.

OK, so you were able to Zip the file up, now provide the answer to the questions:
1. OS Windows 8, What version?
2. Windows 8 64 bit or 32 (x86)?
3. Did your computer come pre-installed or did you install the OS yourself?
4.OEM means it came pre-installed
5. Age of computer (2 months?)
6. Right click Computer and choose Properties: Provide the information: Processor speed, RAM, Motherboard model #, Power Supply Unit make model and Wattage?
7. Manufacturer name (Gateway) exact model #
Please provide as much of that information as possible.
And post all answers in the Blue Screen Forum, not Here.
