Windows 8 Asus Vivo RT Boadband

I have the AT&T Asus Vivo RT. This tablet runs off of windows 8.
My broadband is not turning on.

I went to settings, networks.

In this section I previously could turn my broadband on and off.
Now it simply states broadband off.

I have no further options in this screen.

I also went to the AT&T tile on my start screen and it no longer displays the usage information.
