windows 7 wont load apple.com?

hi guys,

i have tried everything and my windows 7 machine will not load apple.com

i also have a machine running windows xp and that can load apple.com without any problems

i have tried loading it with firefox and internet explorer and it does the same thing.

both computers are connected to the internet the same way both wired going to a router and both get ip and dns dynmacily so i dont understand how xp will load it but windows 7 wont?

Hey roonie123,

Click on Start in the search box type [c]cmd[/b] press enter When command prompt opens up type in Ping www.apple.com and press Enter. Please copy and paste the results back into this thread

What error message do you get when you try and go to the website?

Do you use Itunes? If yes do you have any problems accessing the satore?

i'm having the same issue but when i type [c]cmd[/b] in the search box, nothing is found and i have no prompt that comes up.
