my screen to my laptop was replaced and now the laptop will not boot up windows... what could be the issue... its a toshiba laptop c655d

What happens when trying to load Windows?

Do you receive any error message? If so please post.

Have you tried accessing Safe Mode?

Do you have a Windows 7 cd? We need more information but running Windows repair fixes a lot of start up issues.

well i do not have a windows disk... and when i do start up my laptop it just stays stuck on the loading windows page. i have also tried running safe mode but also stops on the same window. I have even tried to resetting my laptop to factory settings, that does not work i get an error when i did try to repair it...

that is the message... and i have never had anything hooked up to my laptop either other than i usb cord to charge my celly

and when accessing from safe mode it runs all the deals and then just stops and doesnt move any more....

Assuming you dont have a USB drive plugged in, could be a bad hard drive.

how could it have gone bad i bought the laptop brand new last february
and i have only used it a handful of times

Sometimes drives just go bad. If its less than a year old and brand new, call the manufacturer. It should still be under warranty.

They come with a year warranty as standard from toshiba,have you checked that the hard drive is faulty using something like seatools for dos SeaTools for DOS tutorial
