I've been trying to figure this one out for over 2 hours now. I've googled for solutions but to no avail. Here's a list of different solutions I've attempted:

Tried to manually insert an IP.
Checked if the cable was faulty.
Checked if the router was faulty.
Uninstalled LAN drivers and rebooted.
Uninstalled LAN drivers & software and rebooted.
Tried to use a 2nd router (I was getting desperate).

Few other things I'm sure I forgot, but that is the quick list.
It's happened before where a bit of playing around with the wire eventually got to the point where it somehow connected to the home network, but this time nothing seems to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: Windows 7 Unidentified Network?

Where is this 'un-ID" network showing up - take a screenshot and ATTACH to your next post.
