I just got a new netbook with windows 7 starter, watched all the videos through the windows getting started site and upon trying to personalize my desktop background, noticed when I left click the desktop there is no personalize option and going through control panel no option to personalize the desktop background, I have searched and searched and watched every video available but still with no avail. PLEASE HELP

when you right click on the empty screen the last option in the window is personalise.

yeah I tried that and dont have that option when I try it, I have also searched and searched in the control panel for a personalization option and couldn't find anything
