windows 7 explorer always automatic restart

i'm currently using windows 7 and my windows explorer always automatic restart. it seems that some of my programs have been corruped. i've been tried using "sfc/scannow" but the problems still remain. i need some helps on how to overcome this issue. below here are the details of my problem.
