A quick glance shows it is a hardware error, but it may or may not be. Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads
Code:
spgf.sys Wed Apr 07 21:28:24 2010 (4BBD3138)
If that doesn't work, let's test hardware. Read this article first: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

Test RAM:

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Check your temps with Speedfan, and post them here.

cool , thx a lot for the fast awnser :)
i have daemons deleted for like 1 day now and no difference

i will post temps before prime95 and after
i m curious why it has so many no working fan signed there.
i just got 2 12cm fans on my pc box , 1 on CPU and 1 on VGA card

temps is before prime95 and temps2 is for like 3 mins of usage as u see
temp which reached 70 after a while dropped to 69C so i stopped thinking it wont go higher ( time is pushing me a bit atm ;()

anyway , posting this for the time being , cause i m out of CD to do the CPU and RAM testing which prolly i ll do them tommorow and repost .

thx a lot

ok lets see.
i runned memtest and no errors found .
i runned HDD check, same , no errors found .
i uninstalled SPTD.

after all the info u gave me and the tests i did , it seems that the problem seems to be Overheating. (take in mind that greece temp is high and my room some times at noon burns :>)

anyway, tests i did with my pc case opened and a small fan i got work near it
i played last night L2 for like 2 hours without any problems
i played today prototype and it took like 2x time to stuck and crash ( i ll upload latest minidump file too)

below i m uploading my pc temps with a fan outside of my PC.

final the question i got now is why so many FANS and TEMPERATURES appears in my Speedfan and most of the FANS are at 0 RPM.
like i told you last night i got:
2 12cm FANS on the PC box each side (front , back )
1 FAN on my CPU proccessor
1 FAN on Graphic Card.

so my final guesses are that my pc need better cooling ?

thx for the help till now;)

You may very well be right about the cooling.

My guess is that your motherboard has several unused ports for fans. That's why they would show up as 0 RPM, but you not even know about them.

true it is , just checked my motherboard better and it has slots for more fans
the funny think is i was playing prototype now for like 1 hour (fan outside of the pc used)
so i m thinking its prolly cooling problem.

THX A LOT for ur time and ideas jonathan king . helped me a lot and got some progs that gonna help me checking my pc health if anything happens :D

hello again !
before a while my pc crashed again (rare:p) but after spamming ctrl + esc , alt + tab , ctrl +alt +del it got fixed somehow and didnt restarted but restored to normal leaving a bubble message :
Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered.

so that leads to a graphic card problem ? maybe not compatible on windows 7 ?

Run a graphics stress test to see if your Graphics Card does have a problem.

FurMark Setup:
Download from here: http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit
