Is there any possible way for me to install Windows 7 64-bit on my old PC using unsigned SATA drivers?

Hi-

While I am not sure about how to use unsigned drivers during install, I may have a workaround:

Go into the Computer's BIOS and look around for any option relating to IDE compatibility mode. It can also Appear as an option between AHCI or IDE. Select IDE.
Hope that helps!

Regards,

Mark
