Hi,
I have a windows server 2008 r2. I want to use it as a file server. Therefore I created a folder "Share" on my disk D: . I give the "List Folder Contents" right to the everyone.
I created folder1, folder2 and so on.. in this Share folder.
I give User1 read/write access to folder1 and user2 read/write access to folder2.
When user1 wants to access Share folder on my server he sees only folder1. This is true. However he got access denied when he wants to create a file in folder1.
Am I missing anything about sharing in windows server 2008 r2. I use this method on windows 2003 server and it works.
Thanks for your helps.
