I had to run a repair from the windows disk on a server with 2003 on it. I load the raid drivers, choose to repair instead of a fresh install (because I need to keep the files that are on the computer), it loads the windows files, reboots, launches the windows installer after the logo appears and it stays stuck at 39 minutes with no progress bar. The message to the right changes and the little green boxes at the bottom right move but the time stays frozen at 39 minutes. I've disconnected everything I can and still no change. Every time I power down and try to boot the system it continues right where it left off, which is stuck at 39 minutes. I tried searching the forum and on google and couldn't find anything that could help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of an issue are you trying to recover from. Perhaps there are file system errors prevent it from moving forward. As a last resort you may have to backup the data, reformat the array and install from scratch. If you've created an ASR disk and have been running backups including system state you can recover your active directory data and file data from the backups.
