Since everything is in Polish and our TechSupportForums.com is English only, suggest finding one that is Polish.
Here are some relevant passages I found. I don't have a web cam so am not familiar with their setup but it appears that the first one uses native Windows drivers.
The Plug&Play technology used means that you do not have to waste time looking for and installing additional drivers. All you have to do is connect the camera to your computer and you can use it right away.
I find nothing on the "downloads" page for the model 88-370#.
The second one linked is described as "plug and play" too and has no driver downloads.
