If I knew where to I would have already, from going to a few Microsoft support pages this is evidently a common problem with several tablets after upgrade and not specific to Unbranded tablets. I followed several suggestions by Microsoft team members and nothing has worked so far, which is how I ended up posting for help with it on this forum. I have tried a few different drivers from different tablets with the same results and cannot find generic drivers for them at this point.
:grin:Do The following to fix camera drivers:Go to device manager, locate camera in list Look for device id. in my case it was ACPI\himx2056
Do a search in the windows.old folder on the device for camera.inf* and hm2056.inf* it should find them in "c:\Windows.old\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository"
Go into device manager and update the driver with the ol manual select with " Have Disk. open one of the folders and select the inf. Worked perfectly!
