I am about to install windows 10 64 Bit Home OEM to an SSD that has programs still on it. What is the best way to address this when I get to the CUSTOM install options?

What OS is currently on the SSD? Are you trying to keep the programs or start with a clean OS?

Select and delete ALL partitions and you'll end up with ALL of the SSD's capacity as unallocated space, then just click next and Windows will take care of the rest.
