hi all,

my App Store on Windows 10 won't load and is greyed out with a little white circle and line it it, I have tryed Google and tryed all the power shell commands does anyone else have anything I can try?

You must be logged into a Microsoft User Profile to access the Store. (ie) Hotmail, Windows Live, Outlook.com email address. Are you logged in with a MS profile?

Hi, thanks for the reply and I wouldnt sign me into either a Microsoft account or the Xbox app but now I have both signed in
