Window XP Trojan.Vundo.ESB problem!!!!

I recently scan my computer when my Anti-virus Bit-deffender 10, it pick up this trojan (Trojan.vundo.ESB) and it does not know what to do with it.

This is it's location G:\system volume Information\ resto...AA2A}\RP6\A0000379.exe=(CAB Sfx r)=>pass.exe

any help is highly appreciated.

This is the only location that keeps showing up there is no long files anytime I do a scan.

That's a System Restore point.

CLEAR & RESET SYSTEM RESTORE'S CACHE

Go to Start >> Run - type or copy/paste control sysdm.cpl,,4 & press Enter

* Tick on the checkbox - Turn off System Restore on all drives
* Click Apply

Turn it back 'On' by unticking the same checkbox & click Apply, and then OK
