Win95, Nvidia, User32.dll

I am running a Windows 95 Pentium II computer with 192 megs of RAM. I have an Nvidia GeForce II video card and I believe it's got 64 megs of RAM.

Whenever I click on the 'NVIDIA nView Desktop Manager' in the control panel folder, I get the following message:

"The NVIEW.DLL file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:EndMenu"

I know what a .dll file is, but I don't know how to install it (or, for that matter, how to install this particular dll file) on my computer. I also don't know what an 'EndMenu' is or how it relates to the user32.dll file.

On the Display control Panel, I click on the nView Tab and it says:

"nView allows you to connect two separate output devices (analog fisplay, digital display, or TV) to a single graphics board."

Since I only have one monitor connected to my computer, I believe this to be the cause for the "dll message" I get when I click on the 'NVIDIA nView Desktop Manager' in the Control Panel folder, but I'm not sure.

Could someone please help me?

Many thanks in advance!
