i got this random error from my Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7600 32bit which i just installed to my notebook last night
the "irql_not_less_or_equal", and it randomly crashes
and here i've post the tsf and the perfmon

please check what is wrong that causes the blue screen

2 problem devices that need drivers installed:

There are a lot of problems with devices in the MSINFO32.nfo file - I'd suggest checking your Device Manager for problem devices.

This many problems and BSOD's on a fresh installation usually indicates a severe hardware incompatibility. I'd suggest checking your system with the free Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/get/upgrade-advisor.aspx

There are issues in the crash stack with itecir.sys (ITE Tech IR driver system driver file) - and this is confirmed by the BSOD analysis' Please update it to the latest Windows 7 version.

There are several older drivers on the system - and they should be updated to keep the system free of issues:
