Ok, about 2 weeks ago I had to reformat my harddrive and reinstall everything, because some file went corrupt in Windows ME. Now, the computer has been working fine for the last 2 weeks, and I have downloaded almost all my music (MP3) files that i had on it before. Today when I went in to the directory that i save all my music in, half of the files were gone! Can sombody tell me what could of happened? I dont want to redownload all of them AGAIN, because it takes forever. Also when you try and open up the directory where the music is the computer locks up, and I also did a full system scan to see if i had a virus and nothing showed up. I am using Norton System Works 2002. Please help me. Thanks
