Win 7 Enterprise - kbdhid failed to load

I am receiving the following error frequently.

The driver \Driver\kbdhid failed to load for the device HID\VID_045E&PID_00DB&MI_00\8&1037201c&0&0000.

I am using a Microsoft Natural 4000 Keyboard and have reinstalled drivers. Periodically I will hear the USB connect/disconnect alert and my keyboard will stop working. Then I will hear the sound again and it will be working again. When I look in event viewer that is the message I see.

I attached the dmp files I got when a BSOD was triggered upon running Driver Verifier. Any suggestions are welcome, this is driving me nuts and I really don't want to have to reimage the machine.

Thanks
