Since upgrading to windows 10,
I can no longer access my emails,
I use BT for broadband and receiving email.
Had no problems before upgrading.
Can any one help.

I think it is Microsoft outlook.
Also yes I can get BT log in page.

OK, so you can see your mail on the Web by signing in. Depending on what version (year) of Outlook you have, try a "Repair".
