I have P6320y computer. I put a picture of inside as attachment.

I want to get this graphics card at this link:

Would it fit? If so, what would be a good 500 watt power supply that has 12v rail thing for the graphics card.
Anything that isn't alot of money, would fit, and works with graphics card?

Should fit with room to spare.

A 500 watt supply is light for a 5770. Go for something like:
