Ok so I am buying new parts for custom pc so ill post what im getting and what i am keeping

Currently using W. Xp Home premium SP3 (Might get Win 7)

Intel Pentium E5300 2.6ghz dual core
Radeon HD 3850 512mb 256 bit Gddr3
3gb of ram
and my mother board is:
ASRock P43DE LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboar

and i have enough room on hdd

you are good to go for MW2 but what is your power supply Unit (PSU) model, wattage (W) and Amps (A) under the "+12V" line

Antec
Ea 500w
+12v1 Range Max = 22.0a and OCP Set point is 25A
+12v2 Range Max = 22.0a and OCP Set point is 25A

Actually I Have one more question. because I am buying the new CPU what do you think the lowest in Dual core I can go while being able to play MW2 without any lag.

I think you should go for the Core 2 Duo
The Dual Cores are good but some games needs a Core 2 Duo CPUs and it's not that expansive!
the dual core you are going to buy will do fine with MW2, but as I said go for a Core 2 Duo, it's better

Ok thanks if i can find one that fits my budget I will get it, I actually found a 2.93 ghz dual core for now that i will use unless i find a decent core 2 duo
