I got this off ebay it a digital clock with a wifi IP camera in it the book say use a app call P2P Livecam I set it up the way the book say as best I understand it but it tell me device offline, the book is not real useful so please tell me how to set it up step by step also the time setting on the top it say mode, set,up,down,time there no model # or brand name on it Thanks

These off brand cameras are never a good buy, mainly for this reason. They lack any support and help.

Without knowing what you bought, there isn't a way to help set it up.
