I'm not one for tech forums, and I've scoured the internet trying to fix my problem, but to no avail. I've been having issues where at random points in time, whether it's three times in 20 minutes, or once an hour, my internet disconnects for about 5 seconds. If I were browsing the web or watching a video it wouldn't be a problem, but now, I'm either on discord and/or playing a game, and the effects are catastrophic. My question to you all is, how can I make sure I'm connected all the time, as well as figure out if it's me or my ISP?
Connection: Wireless
ISP: Cox Communications
Type: Cable (Fiber-optic)
Router: Asus RT-AC68P
OS: Windows 10 Home
Anti-Virus: Avast! Antivirus, Malwarebytes (Free)

Attached are two screenshots, one of the required Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector screen, and one of an Event Viewer screen of the event. Also attached is an ipconfig -all text file.

When playing Fortnite to test (no judgement please) I ran a ping -t on my default gateway and for a nine second period, I had a general failure making the ping. Not sure what this means, just thought I'd include it.

Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you! 😁

P.s. I would be glad to provide additional info upon request.
